Marcin has almost 25 years of experience in the Polish and the international capital markets. Before joining Supervisory Board of MCI, Marcin was a Managing Director of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego responsible for Equity Investments and International Relations division. Past roles include President of the Supervisory Board of Krajowy Fundusz Kapitałowy and vice-president of the Supervisory Board of PFR TFI, member of the management board and Advisory Committee for Marguerite Fund. Marcin spent most of his career in the city of London covering CEEMEA region for Credit Agricole CIB and SMBC as well as Société Générale CIB.

- Has been working in the banking sector since 1987. He worked for Australia and New Zealand Banking Group in London (from 1987 to 1991), followed by ANZ Merchant Bank Ltd. in London (1991), Citibank N.A. in London (from 1991 to 1992), ING Bank N.V. in Warsaw (from 1992 to 1995), ING Bank Rt. in Budapest (from 1995 to 1997) – as Deputy General Manager and Vice President of the Management Board, ABN AMRO Bank S.A. in Warsaw (from 1997 to 2001) – as Vice President and President of the Management Board, Bank BPH S.A. in Warsaw (from 2001 to 2006) – as Vice President of the Management Board and at BRE Bank S.A. in Warsaw (from 2008 to 2010) – as CEO and General Manager.
- From 2013 to 2014, President of the Management Board at Polskie Inwestycje Rozwojowe S.A.
- Graduate of the Chartered Banker Institute, where he obtained the International Banking Diploma in 1989. Completed a number of management and international banking courses, such as: Selling Skills Course (Grindlays Bank, Jersey, 1988), Advanced Credit and Account Management Course (Grindlays Bank, London, 1991), Capital Markets & Investment Banking Course (Wolfheze, 1993), 1st ING International Business Course (Nijenrode, 1994), Management in International Banking (CEDEP, Fontainebleau, 1995) and Senior Management Course (Santpoort, 1999).
- The member of the Supervisory Board meets the independence criteria referred to in Annex II to Commission Recommendation 2005/162/EC of 15 February 2005 on the role of non-executive or supervisory directors of listed companies and on the committees of the (supervisory) board, and the guidelines set out in point II.Z.4. of the ‘Good Practices of Companies Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 2016’, attached as an annex to Resolution No 26/1413/2015 of the Supervisory Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. of 13 October 2015 on adopting the ‘Good Practices of Companies Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 2016.’

- Legal Counsel, partner in the law firm Dubiński Fabrycki Jeleński i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawna Sp. k. He specializes in the law of capital markets and financial institutions, in particular regulations on investment funds, banking law and regulations on M&A and restructuring deals.
- He has provided his advice to financial market organizations and institutions, such as the Polish Pension Funds Chamber, Association of Investment Fund Companies in Poland and Polish Association of Listed Companies.
- Member of Supervisory Boards in such companies as: MCI Capital TFI S.A. or PKM DUDA S.A.
- Graduate of the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration.

Graduate of Washington University in Seattle USA, where he became M.Sc. and later Ph.D. in electronics and worked as an assistant professor. In the years 1995-97 he worked for Chrysler Corporation in R&D department. He holds four patents in the automotive industry. In 1997, he joined McKinsey & Co. where he acted as partner and managed McKinsey’s Business Technology Practice in Eastern Europe. In the years 2005-2008, he was member of the board in Netia S.A. responsible for strategy, development and merger and acquisition transactions. He was also a member of the supervisory board of Netia and P4. Currently, he is the vice president of the supervisory board of HTL – Strefa and member of the supervisory board of Atos Medical in Sweden. In 2008, he opened the Warsaw office of EQT Partners and until the year 2013, as a partner, managed EQT operations in Central Eastern Europe.

- Holder of M.Sc. in Enterprise Management from the Wrocław School of Economics. He also completed a post-graduate management course at the Warsaw School of Economics and obtained the Master of Business Administration title from the University of Minnesota.
- Entrepreneur since 1985. For the past 20 years, Venture Capital/Private Equity investor, founder and Group Managing Partner @ MCI Capital – one of the leading European private equity groups with focus on technology and digitalization. In 1990-1998 Co-founder and CEO of JTT Computer SA – leading CE computer manufacturer with USD 100M+ revenue.
- Selected as one of Top-20 best Polish managers in 2015 by Bloomberg Business Week. Guest speaker at many PE/VC conferences, including NOAH. Supervisory board member and advisory board member of many of MCI funds portfolio companies across Europe. In 2001 the World Economic Forum awarded Tomasz Czechowicz with the title of Global Leader for Tomorrow for his exceptional feeling for the market, professionalism, vision and business efficacy. In 2000 one of the TOP-10 most influential people in the European Internet by Business Week.

- She graduated as M.Sc. (magister) from the Warsaw School of Economics in 2003. Furthermore, since 2009, she has been a certified statutory auditor.
- She acquired professional experience as a Partner and Director of the Warsaw branch of PKF Consult Sp. z o.o. (former PKF Audyt Sp. z o.o.) and as a manager at KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o., an audit firm.
- Following her employment at PKF Consult and KPMG, she worked as a self-employed auditor.
- At PEManagers, she is the Vice President of the Management Board.
